This aim of this course is to provide HV Senior Authorised Persons (SAP’s) and Authorised Persons (AP’s) with an opportunity to top up their “air miles” with regards to performing HV operations.

In some cases, SAP’s/AP’s may not have the opportunity to regularly carry out HV operations at a frequency required by their Electrical Safety Rules to maintain their Authorisation.

Horizon aim to provide a training day which will facilitate the following:
• High level overview of HV Power System Operations Theory
• Various HV Operational Practical scenarios including
• Pre-siting
• Development of Isolation and Earthing Diagram
• Development of Switching Program
• Development of relevant Safety Documentation
• Implementation of Switching Program on Horizon HV System
• Issue of relevant Safety Documents as part of HV Operations
